“Good stay, I was 4 nights in a row after finding this place. It is new and clean. Thanks for Emmanuella ja Vera in reception to help and check if upgrades available. Thanks for Victoria for good cleaning of my room. Gym should be renovated, there is lot of equipment but maintenance needed”

“My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasn’t working until the manager got it……

“PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, FOOD IS GOOD. HOWEVER, THE FIRST TIME I STAYED THERE, THE TV IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO WE LEFT EARLY. THE SECOND TIME, TV WAS FINE. THE ROAD TO THE HOTEL IS NOT PAVED AND THEREFORE NOT GOOD BUT THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL BUT THE GOVERNMENT. OVERALL, I LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE. I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. ”

“Location is not great but can't fault much at that price point. Room was clean and comfortable. Only bad experience was the shower. The water was trickling out of the showerhead. ”

It’s a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing, and the staff were amazing. The location is also convenient, with easy access to transportation, food options etc.”

“Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all.”
