“We had a really great weekend visit to the beach and were glad to have this place as our home base. We were visiting family who live in town and had a great stay.Easy communication and check-in with the hosts, we had everything we needed, and the location was really idea. And very grateful for the parking space!Will certainly stay here again in the future.”

“We stayed at Jody’s place as part of a stop on a longer trip. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming when we arrived. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a garden atmosphere. The house itself was stocked with everything we could need and was super clean. Overall, it was a perfect place to stop along our way, and we appreciated the peaceful environment! ”

“Was easy to find and access to unit was easy. Perfect little place for a vacation get away. Pull out couch is very easy to use and extra bedding is available along with towels. Kitchen is well stocked with everyday essentials. Washer and dryer available in the unit which is much needed. Pool available behind the unit was ok but definitely needed to be maintained more. The other pool about a 2 minute walk was much better. Parking is hit or miss, only had one day we couldn’t park. The unit was……

“Stayed for two nights in June 2025. Pictures are accurate and place was very comfortable. Two minute walk to the beach which was perfect! We brought our own beach equipment but you could rent right at the entrance to the beach. Carolina Beach is very quaint and family friendly!”

“Overall the trip was great with an unbeatable location. Quick access to the beach and convenience store literally across the street for any forgotten/last minute needs. Unit is cozy but comfortable and very well kept. Host was very communicative and easy to reach with questions.”

“Sweet little spot with a great location. Easy access to the walkway to the beach. Also just a quick drive to drop off from car if you don’t wanna haul things in the wagon. Nice pool and jacuzzi on site as well. Very peaceful area and the host was great and answered any and all questions we had. Will definitely be trying to stay again”
