Great property. It was perfect for our family for a long Thanksgiving weekend.

Great family week!!

Great place to stay! Perfect anoint of space for our family. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen was stocked well with pots pans and dishes. The beach access is what made this an excellent place to stay. Location was a plus also. We enjoyed our evening walks to the pier and to get ice cream. The pool is on the small side especially if all 6 villas occupy the pool area at the same time. We made it work though! I would love to come back!!

Beautiful home cery spacious. Lively lil area. Only complaint we had was the beds.

Thos was first year we as afamily did thanksgiving at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the home. Qould definitely come back.

Wonderful place to stat

Recently stayed with my parents, daughter and son in law. The view was perfect! The house was wonderful! My dad enjoyed napping on the outside couch every afternoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation!

Beautiful Home

This home was amazing. Stocked with everything you could need. Air conditioning worked great which is always a plus with me. I've stayed places where the owner controlled air conditioning remotely and it was way too warm. On the beach, one block from pier and restaurants. We had an amazing week.

There was even a fully stocked spice cabinet available! Our family unit consisted of three couples and each of us had a dedicated bathroom. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!

Honest review

Great location and nicely furnished, however, the plastic mattress pads on every bed nearly ruined the trip. I understand why they use them but they are unbearably hot to sleep on, and as I discovered, we’re used to cover a dirty mattress. Additionally, the cushions on the porch furniture are not waterproof (here we could use some plastic!) and were soaking wet the entire trip due to all the rain. Overall a good place, though. Nice that all the tvs were smart tvs and had Rokus.

Clean unit for larger group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, close to the beach. Unit was clean. I am used to using more pillows so I wish for the pillows in the closets there would have been initial pillow cases for them. My only other disappointment was the pool did not have loungers or any chairs unless you took your own. The handicap chair lift was perfect for 2 of our handicap guests. The decks I would say needs some attention as spinters can be an issue if you dont wear your shoes. The wood has split in several spots and some nails are higher than the boards. Don't get me wrong we had a great stay but just some things we noticed.

Not a good night sleep

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful townhouse. Perfect location and extra touches like a changing table and beach cart. The only drawback is the queen bed is so uncomfortable. My husband and I never got a good night's rest. Sadly I couldn't stay again because of the bed. It's a shame because I loved everything else. Also when we arrived the code wouldn't work on the door. Didn't get much advantage of the early check in due to that. Got a whole 10 minutes. Had a issue also with someone taking the key to the pool but got that resolved. So I have to take that into account.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Kure Beach Community. The condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I chose this condo and payed the higher rental fee specifically for it's handicap lift chair, swimming pool, and game room with ping pong table. Unfortunately, I was not told the lift chair was inoperable until 6 hours before check in as we were traveling to get there with no other options available according to property management. Three of us were able to get my mother upstairs where she remained for the duration of our stay. She did enjoy the beautiful ocean/pier view from the condo. Also, construction was going on next door and it was noisy during the day (We understand that is out of management control) the pool was empty despite being told it would be open the week before and there wasn't a ping pong table as shown in the photos so the kids were disappointed. Also, I suggest replacing the king mattress because it sags in the middle and is very uncomfortable. Overall, we made the best of our vacation and enjoyed the large space of the condo to be with family.

Delightful stay!

The property was very nice. Two down sided, the bedroom behind the kitchen was the only bedroom with a queen bed. A king would have been better. The fourth bedroom off the garage was not usable for us. We had little ones (6 an 3), and they couldn’t stay their by themselves. We did however, use it for a work office.

Location was optimal, place was clean, had lots of room, view of the ocean was awesome, and was nice to have the boardwalk right there. The kitchen was fully equipped. Prompt response from rental agency and owner for new coffee maker and to fix game table. A few negatives: parking could be an issue if more than 3 vehicles. It would have been nice to have actual bathroom mats and a rug in the entry way. We (especially the kids) were disappointed the pool closed on day 3, due to failed inspection. I did not request to be compensated, but do feel the agency/owner should have offered something. We paid a premium price that included a pool; which the kids only used once. I would still recommend this rental.

Long weekend away

Kure beach is a lovely, quieter place away from the bustle of some of the more popular nearby towns. Great accommodations and walking distance to restaurants make this a nice place to unwind for a few days
