「This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.」

「Beautiful stay, clean rooms, loved the breakfast and pool. Continently located.」

「We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. 「1.

「My 2nd stay. Great staff. Good value hotel」

「Piscine agréable dans un jardin magnifique.」

「The resort has a nice swimming pool and the room is reasonably comfortable. The bed is very comfy. However, the open bathroom design has invited mosquitoes and big gekkos in the bathroom. Almost every afternoon the village next to us would burn their garbage resulting in heavy smog. The resort has only 16 villas so the only restaurant had very limited choices of food. We had to take a 20 minutes taxi ride to Senggigi for dinner almost every evening. But the staff were very nice and...

「We highly recommend the hotel. The service was great, awesome and very friendly. The restaurant was also very good. The quality was great, and the dishes were always fresh. We also loved the pool with the view.」
