Well, if you are renting to foreigners study what works for them. Also, the beds had black jumping spiders. The house was located in a dark alley with an abandoned property at its entrance. “Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!”

“This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!”

“Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple. ”
