Decent stay

Amazing stay at hotel. Breakfast was so so only. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and willing to rent out their own bike for little extras. Massage was great. Kids will enjoy

Just in front of the beach, personnel is nice. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable compared to the hotel before (Sheraton Senggigi) but the room is cheaper.

I tried contacting the property regarding a refund due to the coronavirus pandemic, they said they'd happily give me a refund for my stay if I contacted Expedia. Contacted Expedia but declined my refund!!

Great pool and grounds. The staff are excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Close proximity to the beach and some the best cheap local barbecued seafood just around the corner.

The hotels in Kuta Lombok are all pretty similar as the place is changing a lot as they are trying to upgrade We had a family room which was pretty dull - poor lighting and the bathroom was s bit rough - the other rooms are smaller so it might not be such an issue Nice pool. Grounds and staff were very helpful There is a major new festival area just built next door - they had an event and the noise was awful until late - the hotel responded v well next day with compensation which was good of them - but one to be aware of

Fint hotell og pent opparbeidet område. Fint bassengområde, skjermet og grønt areale rundt. Plasseringen er helt topp til strand. Bra område å kjøre scooter i, hotellet leier ut scooter etter forespørsel.

Great place to stay

We upgraded our room when we arrived and we're right by the pool - very lovely. The staff were extremely helpful helping organize bike rental and airline tickets. They made us feel very special with their attention to detail when making up the room - each day flowers on the bed and towels folded into swans/ lovehearts ( corny but sweet) ATM machines were right out the front and restaurants and clothing stalls all within easy walking distance

Schöner Pool, Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber,aber ok Darauf achten welches Frühstück man bekommt,wir hatten Spezial und konnten somit alles bestellen,haben wir aber erst am zweiten Tag erfahren

Solid Kuta Option

This is a pretty good hotel right on the main beach in Kuta. The hotel was reasonably clean, was totally fair from a price standpoint, is (I'm told) the only hotel in Kuta with a pool (albeit quite small). Kuta isn't big enough to be very far from anything, and I would say this is pretty well located and has all the basic clean creature comforts for a great price. I'd stay here again.

Strange deluxe ...

If this deluxe (room number 109), what then standard or superior? Room in poor condition. WiFi in the room has been absent all the days spent in the hotel. The rest of the normal hotel for Lombok.

This place needs improvement!

We stayed at this hotel because it was across the street from the beach. I had read some reviews regarding the unfriendly staff. This was not true in our experience. The staff was very accommodating. They helped with getting our air conditioner to work,greeted us always with a smile, and made phone calls for us when our driver was late for our pick up to our next destination. The room itself was a step above a hostel room. Our bottom sheet was grey in color and had holes in it...no top sheet and a flimsy blanket. The mattress was not comfortable.The bath towels were dingy.The power went out every night at least 4x. There was no cleaning service on a daily basis. Breakfast was an egg and toast. The room needed a total makeover!! Exterior grounds were nice as was the pool area.

Basically OK

Mature, smallish gardens which give a sheltered cool, private environment. Other, better looking places to stay in Kuta for the same price though. Unfortunately the sheets in our room were really greasy even after being washed, presumably a build up of suntan lotion ? which affected my rating quite a bit - wish we'd just bought some new sheets (not a lot of shops around Kuta)

Nice at the beach

Its an old place but was comfy enough with ac and TV, the front is very nice and the location is great. The staff seemed disinterested but I forgave them for that when some dickheads kept us up all night for a couple of nights and so I figured if that's what they are putting up with then ... Anyway as my stay carried on they all got quite friendly. I guess they don't know what your like so they save it until you prove who you are :) So all in all I can recommend this place, but base your expectations on price. I would stay there again.
