「Beatiful hotel 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The only problem we had is the restaurant that took very long time to get our food and I mean two hours long. 」

「The staff were young & not trained in customer service! I asked for help with my luggage & the young man who kept me waiting Is seen at the bar- free. He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But...

「The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service.」
