“Just know what you're getting. It's a place to sleep, no more. I had the Queen Bed room, which I think is the best room for one or two people and it left a lot for imagination. The good things first: pretty clean, which is probably the most important in any hotel of any level, no complaints there. The people I dealt with were always nice and kind. Improvements needed: the shower head splashes everywhere and doesn't sit in the holder. The sink leaks water all the time, I used 3 towels to rotate……

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature was consistent and hot. When a toilet issue arose, it was promptly repaired. The hotel is located on a hill, which can be slightly challenging to access, but the rooftop terrace with comfortable seating offered stunning views of Tbilisi city. The overall experience……
