「I didn’t stay at this motel for myself, but I booked a room for a friend that was experiencing homelessness and offered to help for a few days. It was unfortunate that the staff was extremely rude and not helpful, I definitely wouldn’t recommend or use this place again based on that alone.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」
