Authentic water mill house, large pool, edge of village

This is an old water mill with the mill pond turned into a pool. The pool is large and deep but no shallow part. House has no airco but fans are available. On edge of village, you can walk to the bakery. Buy anti mosquito spray as there are many. And reaching the house requires some navigation through narrow roads but a mid-size car is no problem. Overal great value and an authentic experience! We enjoyed it!

Dieses wunderschöne Haus hat uns in unserem Urlaub super entschleunigt. Ausschlafen mit Aussicht, der Pool ist der Wahnsinn, die Kids haben ihn total gefeiert... 20 min Fahrtzeit zum Strand, salou oder cambrils. Das Haus mit der Terrasse und diesen wunderschönen Bäumen einfach ein Traum

The house is spacious, pool is great and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the house.Few things to be aware of (not that they should put you off staying).1. Access is through a very narrow town, we had small hire cars and struggled, you may not get a large car to the house, though there is lots of parking when you do get there. 2. No kitchen essentials are provided, no tea or coffee, no oil for cooking etc. Just bear in mind you’ll have to stop at a shop on your way as when you arrive it’s a long drive for a shop.3. We weren’t provided many towels so make sure to pack your own.The house is very spacious, we had a group of 6 and felt comfortable, the garden and the pool are lovely spaces and although as others have mentioned there is some farm work around the property it’s not particularly intrusive, and nobody is able to drive near to the house because of how the plot is laid out. I’m sure you will enjoy your stay and the hosts are very helpful if any pr

De vraies vacances !

De nombreux espaces différents aussi bien en extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Un cadre magnifique qui m'a fait penser aux œuvres de Pagnol. La profondeur de 2m pour toute la surface de la piscine devrait être indiquée car certaines familles préfèrent avoir peu de profondeur .Le surplomb d'appartements sur la propriété ne noua à pas du tout gêné. Mejor por fuera que por dentro

La casa es ESPECTACULAR, la parte exterior ha sido la mejor, la piscina, la zona de la barbacoa, los alrededores... hemos encontrado que por dentro necesita un poco de renovación (sobre todo los colchones, ropa de cama y las sillas del comedor. También hemos encontrado muy justo el menaje de cocina (no había espumadera, ni colador, pocas copas...). Los electrodomésticos también son viejecitos. Pero hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la estancia y volveremos!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous avons trouvé une piscine très mal entretenue, sale, avec beaucoup d'algues. Attention elle n'est pas du tout adaptéee à des enfants, sa profondeur sur toute la surface est de 2m au moins, sans marche et une partie (ancien puit) est encore plus profond. Nous avons insisté auprès de l'agence pour avoir l'intervention d'un professionnel pour la nettoyer. Après cela c'était mieux mais cette piscine globalement souffre d'un manque d'entretien régulier. Par ailleurs, l'annonce ne montre pas du tout que la propriété est en réalité en bordure de village avec des résidences en vis à vis sur la propriété. Enfin la maison est tout en escalier et pas du tout adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge. Elle est bien entretenue.

Pasé una semana muy agradable en El Molí de L’Aleixar con mi familia (incluidos dos adolescentes de 12 y 14 años). La encargada de recibirnos, la Sra. Encarnació, se comportó de manera amable y dedicada.La propiedad consiste en una gran avellaneda con algunas plantas de lúpulo y un huerto. Está situada justo en el borde este del pueblo de L’Aleixar y su límite oriental es la riera de Maspujols. Desde allí se puede visitar una gran cantidad de lugares interesantes, desde la Costa Dorada y Tarragona hasta las montañas de Prades y Siurana, por lo que la ubicación resulta bastante ventajosa.La casa, que tiene tres plantas, es amplia y cómoda. Puede acomodar sin problemas a 6 personas. La encontramos perfectamente limpia y provista de todos los elementos básicos para cocinar, limpiar, lavar la vajilla, etc. Nosotros no utilizamos la planta inferior (la sala) porque pasábamos el día en la piscina o paseando por la zona, pero supongo que en épocas de frío debe ser agradable disfrutar del hoga

Alojamiento mas que correcto. Muy tipico. Todo lo necesario. La vajilla de la cocina podria ser completada con unos platos, moldes y cuchillos... y los armarios mejor organizados para facilitar la limpieza. Muchas gracias por la acogida.

Vàrem estar una setmana a l'antic moli de l'Aleixar i ens va sorprendre molt gratament. L'Encarnacio ho tenia tot a punt i disposada a ajudant-se en tot el que necessitessim. No faltava de res a la casa. La gent del poble molt amable, el pobles del voltant un encant. Així que no puc dir mes que totalment recomanable per unes vacances familiars i tranquil·les per poder visitar totes les rodalies.Nosaltres anàvem amb els 3 fills i un gos pastor, que tambe van gaudir-ho molt.
