A detached house built on a 850 m2 plot, garden with lawn, trees, 8 x 4 swimming pool and barbecue. It is situated 200 m. from the sea, 400 m. from Calafat marina and 400 m. from the sandy beach "L´Almadraba". The house consist of a living room which opens to a covered terrace with garden furniture, an independent kitchen, a double bedroom, two full bathrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with two bunks. It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and coffee maker. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties.
