This house for 10 people is rented in L’Escala. It is 5 minutes (350 m) walking to Montgó beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

The Montgrí Natural Park is 700 m away and the historic center of L'Escala is 3.8 km away.

The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors, has a garden with a private pool (from 12 x 4,70 m and 2 m deep), an outside dining area with portable barbecue, parasol and sun loungers.

The living room has air conditioning, TV with international channels and WiFi.

The kitchen is open to the dining room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, and an American (filter) coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside.

This accommodation has five bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (150 cm and 160 cm) in each, and two bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) in each. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There are two toilets, a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
