Gardernia: House for holiday rental with community garden and pool

Holiday home in L’Escala for up to 6 guests, with a communal garden and swimming pool.

The house is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy meals outdoors.

There are two bedrooms with a total of two double beds. A sofa bed in the living room provides the remaining sleeping spaces.

The house is 50 metres from Montgrí Natural Park and a 19-minute walk from Riells beach, with its fine white sand and shallow waters. Along the seafront promenade, you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, children’s entertainment and water activities.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. A maximum of 1 pet weighing up to 10 kg is permitted.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
