Quietly located

Nice community, very well kept, clean! Accomodation isn’t big but it is economically equiped. Airco! Mostly occupied by adults, could be an incident but if you go with kids this could be a dissapointment.

Tranquil·litat a 200m del parc natural

Caseta petita adossada amb mobiliari força nou consistent en: un bany molt petit amb dutxa, dos habitacions, una sala menjador gran amb cuina, un petit pati amb barbacoa a la cara nord, petit porxo a la part sud i petita piscina comunitària. El jardí es molt bonic i esta molt ben cuidat. Els veïns son amables i respectuosos, hi ha molt bon ambient i es tranquil. Les parets laterals de la casa limiten amb les casetes de vacances del costat, i aquestes parets no estan gens aïllades, semblen de pladur i se sent tot el que fan els veïns del costat com si els tinguessis dins de l’habitació. Això es molt comú a Espanya, on es construeix molt malament. Cuina excel·lent i nova equipada amb tot lo necessari, els matalassos dels llits son gruixuts i còmodes, armaris suficients, pantalla de TV de qualitat de 55 polsades, taula de menjador preciosa i gran, cadires del menjador molt còmodes, sofà molt còmode, decoració minimalista amb gust. Es nota que els propietaris cuiden tots els detalls per als hostes i esta tot preparat amb molt d’amor. Moltes gràcies! :-) :-)

El alojamiento está muy nuevo, con todo lo necesario La entrada a la casa no es la más adecuada ya que entras por la entrada de la comunidad, no tiene puerta privada ( vimos que las demás casas si la tenían ) . Esto conlleva que todos los vecinos ven cuando entras y sales.

El sitio es perfecto para desconectar

La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, y tiene todos los servicios necesarios. La comunidad es muy tranquila y amable, y tanto el jardín como la piscina tienen un mantenimiento impecable. La entrada al parque natural del Montgrí está a escasos 50 metros. Se aparca muy fácilmente. Realmente no hay nada crítico a mejorar, pero ya que se pregunta, se propone alguna mejora: En el momento de hacer una barbacoa, echamos de menos utensilios, y algunas mosquiteras están rotas. Por otro lado, y siendo una cuestión fuera de su alcance, el único punto en contra es la cantidad de servicios cerca, ya que la casa está muy apartada de todo.

Globalement satisfait de la location, nous avons eu un problème avec la douche qui a été rapidement réglé. Le calme de la résidence et des résidents était vraiment agréable. Piscine entretenue tous les jours, ainsi que le jardin.. Super ! Un presse fruit était renseigné dans les équipements compris dans la location, mais il n'y en avait pas ! Et un aspirateur ne serait pas de trop, car le montant demandé pour le nettoyage est un peu excessif par rapport à la qualité de celui-ci, surtout au niveau du nettoyage des sols. Certains moustiquaires devraient être réparé.
