Nuria: Spacious villa with private pool and garden

Spacious holiday home for up to 13 people, located in the tourist area of L'Escala, just an 8-minute walk (750 m) from Riells beach. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m). The house has four bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, one with a double bed and a single bed, and two others with three single beds each. In total, it has two double beds and nine single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, as well as a toilet. Inside there is a spacious dining room with access to the main terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. Outside you will find a large garden with a private pool and a porch equipped with a built-in barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 20€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
