Hem anat a passar uns dies tranquils amb els nostres fills i 2 gossos grans. Vam estar genial, molt a prop de la platja per gossos, del passeig fins a St Martí d'Empuries, supermercats, a 10 min passejant del centre de l'escala. La casa és senzilla, però per una setmana és suficient L'atenció de la agència, impecable!

Tres bien situé

Dans les points positifs: ultra bien situé par rapport à la mer et les magasins pour faire les courses. La terrasse du bas très pratique et à l'ombre. Celle du haut belle mais si ensoleillé qu'on ne pouvait pas s'en servir en journée. Serviette, draps et ménage compris super. Sinon, elle est fonctionnelle, il manque malheureusement la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle. Elle est pas climatisée et pour la chambre du haut ca manque cruellement. L’agence par contre elle est SUPER! vraiment extra!

Tres bien, mais....

Petite maison confortable, et bien placée à côté des plages d’Empuries. Belle terrace avec vue sur la mer au dernier étage et petite cour intérieure pratique. C’est dommage qu’il manquent quelques équipements de base: lave linge, (lave vaisselle), climatisation. La dotation est assez sommaire, et les oreillers ont été de mauvaise qualité. Les voisins assez brouillants (proprietaires). Pas de wifi disponible.

Staying in villa Delta 1

This is a great villa with lots of advantages. We had to transfer from Barcelona's international airport but the intercity bus took us in downtown L'Escala in 3.5 hours. The villa is located at 10 min walking distance from the downtown and the place we picked up the keys from. Every thing was very clean in the house. The villa is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and lots of privacy for each of them. The top floor bedroom has a large balcony that we used every evening for drinks and telling stories. A wonderful beach is within a very short walking distance. We had 3 major grocery stores withing walking distance as well. Very quiet and beautiful environment. Coming from the USA, I felt the need of a microwave oven and fans in each room. There is not internet connection but that was beneficial because we could use the break from that.
