We were kept awake all night by a broken down fridge fan that wouldn’t stop making noise, and then kept awake in the early hours of the morning by the sunrise as there are no curtain on one side of the apartment. "William is a top host! He helped us with everything we mentioned. There are quite a lot of things in the object you wouldn’t be fine with, when you have to live there. As a temporary home it’s fair enough. The best thing was the big pool; they took care every second day I think. The kitchen equipment is rich, we didn’t miss anything. The BBQ place is not very inviting. The beds in the room downstairs make horrible noises when you move :-) . We will have it on our list for our next holiday(s)....

"All was 100% ok like the first time when we went William is one of 1000 for a landlord and for help he is the men for this for sure here it was the 2nd time we went to this place it was a walk in the park for us in short 100% for the place ,100% for welcom and help, all was top cleaned and top ok see you next year William and thanks for the first day ;)"

"House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. Access to the property was by quite a few steps...

"We had a wonderful time in the house of David and Carmen. We loved the pool and walking to the restaurants and beach. We have also been a few times by car (10 minutes drive) to the beaches at the ruins of Empuries (recommended)."
