「Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. 「Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

「We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. You need to look carefully how to ski back to the same escalator the first time you try it. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. 「This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. 「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! It had an amazing view over the slopes but the room was right above where all the deliveries came on skidoos, consequently the room was really noisy if you wanted to sleep with the window open (and even with it shut, to some extent).
