「The property is dated」

「The property was clean and well kept. We had an encounter with a very rude manager. They made a mistake on our departure date and demanded we were late to check out and would need to pay a $250 fee. They rudely accused us of not knowing it was our departure day and treated us poorly,when they found they were in error they gave us 5 minutes to pack up and made us move to another room they “found” for us after stating initially they had no other rooms.
