T2 new (March 2010) and conditioning of 45 m2 located in ground garden, facing the bay of Ile Rousse, with an open terrace of 20 m2 with panoramic sea views and a private parking space . Air conditioning. 1 bedroom. Kitchen overlooking stay. New convertible sofa angle. 1 bathroom with lovely walk-in shower with pebbles.
Amenities are within walking distance: Leclerc supermarket, pharmacy ... the city center is 2 minutes by car and beautiful beaches with turquoise waters ... many hiking trails nearby.

Appartement neuf et fonctionnel
Appartement conforme à l'annonce.
Résidence très récente et donc en très bon état et au calme (loin de la route), avec place de parking juste devant l'immeuble.
La route donnant accès à la résidence relie directement au centre ville (environ 20 min à pied).

Appartement trés agréable pour des vacances réussis
Nous avons passés des vacances au top dans cet appartement très agréable et de standing. Une propreté irréprochable, nous avons profité de nos soirées sur la grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer dans un calme absolu. Très bien équipé et climatisation appréciable. Merci à Sylvie pour cet accueil sympathique et professionnel avec de bons conseils dés notre arrivée pour profiter de cette magnifique région avec ces nombreuses plages à proximité.
Merci Corinne de nous avoir loué votre appartement. Une adresse à retenir !
