For shared use: property 3 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace. In the complex: reception, restaurant, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). E-charging station. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Bourg" 5 km, sandy beach "Biarritz, Anglet" 35 km. Nearby attractions: Joyeuse River (canoe possible) 100 m. "Collines Iduki", 4-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace roofed. Bonne impression

De manière générale, location conforme à l'annonce. Literie au top.... même le canapé convertible. L'intérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement. Le mobilier de jardin est à remplacer. Le personnel à l'accueil mais aussi durant le séjour a été très serviable. Je recommande ce lieu pour des vacances ou pour le week-end.
