Located on the 3rd floor of the "Les Pins" building, this holiday apartment consists of an entrance leading to a pleasant living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area. You will also find a bedroom with a single bed, a master bedroom with a closet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. A balcony with garden furniture completes the whole, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. In addition, the apartment has an underground parking space. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

The advantages of this holiday rental in La Baule: You can enjoy a furnished balcony, with table and chairs, perfect for your outdoor meals. The residence also offers two swimming pools, one of which is heated, and a children's pool (open from May to September, depending on the weather conditions). In addition, the beach is less than 300 meters away, offering you ideal proximity to enjoy the sea. Finally, an underground parking space is also at your disposal.

Overall!

It was O.K.. The pillows were not at all nice - at home I would have thrown them away. We borrowed from a friend! Under the bed was not brilliantly clean. It would be helpful to have a notice to remind people that getting out of the bath and walking with wet feet on such glossy tiles is dangerous. I had a fall which necessitated calling the emergency doctor. I am 73 years old.
