Maia "Logement très bien situé. 15 minutes à pieds des petits commerces. 🙂 La localisation 200 mètres de l'esplanade de la plage côté PORNICHET. La terrasse super commode pour prendre ses repas. Grandes baies vitrées coulissantes orientées sud. 🙁 Très peu d'espaces de rangements pour ses affaires personnelles. Le mobilier en place pas du tout adapté pour les gens de passage. Pas d'étendoir pour sécher le linge et les serviettes de plage (alors que c'est mentionné)."

Maia "Semaine très agréable. 🙂 L appartement est très bien situé à deux pas de la plage, c est très calme et bien exposé. La place de parking et le balcon sont de vrais plus. La présence du wifi et d un lave linge sont de vrais plus. 🙁 Ça manque singulièrement de vaisselle. On a le strict minimum. Et encore! Un peu comme le ménage. C est dommage car l appartement est vraiment agréable et il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour en faire un point de chute régulier pour de courts ou plus longs séjours"

Maia Nous sommes arrivés à 17h comme prévu. La responsable que j ai appelée n était pas au courant. Ça c est arrangé mais pas de linges donc elle nous l a apporté à 21h . Dont 1 drap housse SALE ( ou très tache ) 1 serviette de toilette SALE , cafetière électrique cassee , douche bouchee donc ventouse siphon à chaque fois , Box TV défectueuse, terrasse sale avec poils de chien . Donc nettoyage et lavage indispensable. Pas de papiers toilette ni gel douche comme note sur l annonce . Sinon beau studio a 100m de la mer . Se serait bien de rajouter une planche à découper et un petit saladier . Donc un départ de séjour bien perturbé . Organisation d arrivee et de départ pas génial. A revoir.

Maia "Schön aber mit viel Arbeit verbunden. 🙂 Die Lage und das Konzept wäre gut. 🙁 Die Frau war sehr aufgebracht und unfreundlich, als wir sie telefonisch versuchten zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Ankunftszeit vorher im Booking angegeben und sie behauptete das sei nicht der fall. Das bett war noch als sofa zusammengeklappt und es musste zum Bett umkonstruert werden. Die Bettwäsche roch nach nassem Hund/getragenen Socken und musste gewaschen werden. Zwar hat es eine waschmaschiene jedoch die Putzmittel und dazugehörigen Kapseln waren alle Leer! (Man könnte leere Sachen auch in den Abfall werfen statt sie im Schrank stehen zu lassen. Ausserdem waren die Pfannen fettig und mussten vorher stehts abgewaschen werden.. Somit mussten wir alles zuerst putzen bevor wir uns einrichten konnten.. so sollten Ferien nicht Starten! :("

Agence réactive même un dimanche( nous avons eu un petit soucis ) hôtesses à l'écoute et le problème à été réglé rapidement. Malgré ce problème nous avons passé un très bon week-end."

Maia "Pour parfaire le séjour et offrir ""tout le confort nécessaire"", un minimum d'espace de rangement serait le bienvenu à la place d'une commode avec tiroir bancale autre commode encartonnée, porte manteau posé sur le compteur électrique La tringle à rideau également encartonnée dans l'entrée, aurait sa place au-dessus de la baie vitrée avec un rideau pour avoir un peu d'intimité... les équipements de cuisine minimum (pas de couvercle, planche à découper..) La distance appartement océan à pieds, elle est de 300 m et non 100m Passé ces désagréments uniquement liés aux informations enjolivées de l'annonce, nous avons passé un très bon séjours dans un emplacement au calme"
