Nature & Calm Between Two Lakes

If you choose to stay here, it is essential that you like animals, as Ouzo, my curious and affectionate cat, may come to visit you. The country house is located between Lake Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, in an old farmhouse that is still in operation. The 90 m² accommodation, on the upper floor, is completely independent and includes two bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilets. My father lives on the ground floor in a separate unit. The garden is not fenced and hiking trails are accessible directly from the house. It is the ideal place to recharge.



Bedroom 1: spacious, about 18 m², equipped with a comfortable double bed.



Bedroom 2: perfect for a family or group, with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed (140x200 cm).



Sheets, towels, and pillows are provided. A large closet allows you to store your belongings. The windows are equipped with shutters and a mosquito net for your comfort.



Living room: cozy and warm space with a sofa bed for two (about 130x200 cm).



Outside, you can enjoy a paved courtyard with a large table that seats up to 8 people, a barbecue for your grilling, private parking for 3 cars, a small garden lounge for relaxing, and a grassy area for playing or unwinding. The garden is well separated from the farm, which is on the other side of the house.



Upon your arrival, a welcome booklet will be waiting for you on the table, containing all useful information about the accommodation and a selection of must-see places in the region.
