「I had an amazing stay at Casa Iglesia in Santa Barbara. The hotel was beautifully designed, clean, and quiet. The rooms were modern while still keeping the charm of the historic property, and the self check-in process was super easy and convenient. Everything felt relaxing and well thought out, and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.」

「Very nice comfortable unit, in great central location. We had a problem with keypad after returning in the evening, but a text and call quickly remedied the problem. Evidently internet had crashed and none of keypads worked. Plentiful underground parking a real plus in this neighborhood.」

「What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated. The window in the loft did not stay open so it was very warm up there. The shower upstairs was leaking from the shower head, so we just used the downstairs shower and the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom kept beeping because it needed to be changed. 「This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...

「Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. 」
