I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. "Beautiful hotel but over price for what you receive. You get breakfast, but have to order the night before. You have to ask in advance for hot water to be turned on. The first few days, the doors would be locked and you would have to find the desk attendant to let you out or in. Many time we had to wait until he showed up. Finaly we convinced him to just leave it open for us. In my room, the AC broke down twice and had to be fixed, which admittedly they did right away both times. Attendant was super friendly though and tried to accommodate us. Laundry is available on request. The nieghborhood, is fairly clean for a developing country, but the noise from the trucks driving close by could be unbearable sometimes as they use their retarder breaks in the city. "

"Had an excellent week at the resort. If you need a quiet, relaxing break this is the place to go. There are several kilometers of hiking trails. You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views. The staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Especially Stanley, who is a master at the hospitality profession."

If you are told it has hot water don't believe it, it only lasts 30 seconds. The place is very run down and not clean. Pancake like pillows and sheets worn thin and no blankets. I would like to have this property removed from Vrbo but they were not much help either, siding with the owner. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, YOY HAVE BEEN WARNED. RENT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. I FEEL MISLED AND CHEATED AND SEBASTIAN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF THIS EXCEPT TAKING YOUR MONEY! VRBO ALSO DOESN'T CARE into the washer. It turned out that "

"Amazing property and location, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing to stress about. Downstairs showerhead needs to be replaced and I had issues turning off the living room lights. It's a dimmer switch and sometimes it would not go to the off position. Again, nothing to stress about but worth mentioning. I wish I had tools to tidy up some stuff 😅 TP holder on upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened as well as toilet seat."
