“Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. Grounds had litter and trash thrown about. No wonder I was the only car there in a bust summer season. I wouldn't……

“Exactly what we expected: clean and comfy in a beautiful setting. Bed and sheets were very comfortable, and we slept great. A/C kept up well despite how hot it was outside. Plenty of seating to enjoy the view.Hosts were friendly, responded quickly, and were very informative. We really enjoyed The Kennon House restaurant. “When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!”

“What a wonderful stay we enjoyed! The suite had everything we needed from the fully furnished kitchen, great appointed luxury bathroom, comfortable bed/bedlinens to relax in, large screen tvs, but most of all privacy to relax in. We enjoyed walking the property and viewing the exterior of the great home place the suite is attached to. We are excited to visit this wonderful home place again very soon”
