"Janis is very friendly and helpful. Low key no pressure. Nice place that is clean and well kept. We had much fun cooking out and spending time around the fire pit and seeing the stars. Hotdogs and S’mores was a nice experience. Thank you very much for a nice stay!"

"We absolutely loved the property. Lots of privacy is a spectacular setting. Very peaceful. Plenty of wood for bonfires as well. Our only suggestion for improvement would be providing a bucket and a sponge for washing dishes."

"The cabin is really cute and decorated nicely. It worked perfectly for the two of us. There was a TV with Roku and a DVD player with a great selection of movies. There are many great trout streams in the area. There is a very nice view from the cabin, especially in the fall with all the colors."

"Had a wonderful vacation for our anniversary with our infant. Being surrounded by the woods while being able to look out over the pond was very relaxing. The private hot tub was the overall star of our trip! We enjoyed using the paddle boat on the pond."

"If 6 stars were possible I would rate Kathi & her property 6’s across the board. Spectacular views of the night skies with no ambient light. Terrific lodging & set/up! Convenient to excellent dining, state forest trekking, fly fishing, & relaxing all in the same “package”.Planning another fall visit & trying for some nights next year already."

"The staff go above and beyond. Great customer service. The young gal at the front desk is very good and has excellent customer service. My only disappointment was there was no drinking water, unless you wanted to pay for it out of the machine. I truly believe I spent more than enough money for 2 nights of stay that I should not have had to pay for water."
