Located at the Deerfield Resort. There are amenities within the neighborhood if you choose to stay with us. The Villas are in a prime location on the lake. This unit has 4 masters, a 3 level deck and more. This accommodation is a great choice for your vacation. We are currently working on finishing up the home and will get pictures up as soon as possible but we can assure you that it is beautiful and peaceful. We are happy to answer any question you have and help you book your stay with us.

You will either need to drive here in the car or a golfcart you have rented for your stay. Please bring your own equipment if you plan on playing tennis or pickle ball. The pools/ spas do not have lifeguards on duty, so it is up to you to monitor yourself. We ask that children under the age of 12 are supervised when using the amenities.

✓ Swimming Pool⎯▹Swimming Pools: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12.

➤ Can I work remotely here?
Yes — we have strong Wi-Fi and table space for laptops.

➤ Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed in this home. If you do plan to bring a service animal, we ask that you let us know in advance and inform us of the task they are trained to preform to verify that they are in fact service animals. If this is not completed, we may require you to end your stay with us early as it breaks the house rules.

➤ Where do we park boats/trailers?
There is trailer parking up by the airstrip.

➤ Is there lake access nearby?
Yep — a short walk down the third level deck steps and follow the cart path and your there. You can also rent a golf cart from Deerfield and drive right on down.

➤ Anything quirky to know?
There is a set of steps down to the first level. There is a $25 fee to launch your boat at Deerfield.
