「The house was everything it was advertised to be. Quite location, beautiful night sky with access to a telescope, clean house, and well stocked. The host, Mike, responded in good time and ensured we had what we needed. My mom got to see the night sky she remembered from her teenage years. We will absolutely keep this property in mind for future vacations. Mom said this is one of her top three houses she has ever stayed at.」

「The retreat was very nice spacious and very well equipped for our stay. It took us about 1 1/4 to get to Yosemite valley and 1hour to Mariposa grove. The house was a little more remotely located than we expected. However we did enjoy the town of Mariposa 15 min away. Nice dining options and a good grocery. 」

「We all had our own bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Skylight in the shower! So rustic and very quiet. Great fenced in front yard for the dog with porch. She laid out there for hours. We will be back. 」

「Perfect for a small party or a group. The house was cozy and easy to get to everything. Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

「Loved the landscape and the owners’ good taste and efforts in decorating the cottage. It’s clean and comfortable. Loved the backyard with swing and outdoor tub. More importantly, we love the host’s warm welcome and flexibility to help us checking in earlier. All were great! We enjoyed our stay there fully. 」

「I cannot say enough about this cabin. The location is great, nice walk to the lake. The books!!! If you are a book lover, this cabin is a must! I could have spent an entire month in hiding there just to read the books! The owner is fantastic and accommodating. Wonderful stay!」

「we really enjoyed our time here. The house is very well maintained and very neat. Never sen such a well equipped kitchen. It has everything you need. The quality of stuff such as bed, towels, utensils etc is excellent. Owner has made sure to provide quality things at this place. The location is great and views are beautiful. We have really lovd our time here and will surely return in future」
