“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. There's a place to dry your boots and skis, which is nice. The nearest ski hill isn't always open and anyway it's only for experienced skiers, as it's "hors piste." That said, it's only 40 min from Serre Chevalier. The little town is cute. The bed was decent but not amazing. Would probably go back!”

“The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. ”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night.
