front gate

Great unit - extremely clean and comfortable in a super location. Our only issue was how to use the front gate lock which locked us out a couple of times. No explanation on sequence to lock or unlock.....your staff was very responsive with the correct code# but not how to apply. 1)punch in the code; 2) watch red light blink to green; 3) turn deadbolt to open the gate. Please include this for guests in the future. Otherwise a really nice place we would definately stay at again. *****also I left a pair of blue sneakers in the unit - can you send those to my home address?
