"Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay."

"Host was amazing with communication and instructions. Beach outside window(2nd story), could enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the sunsets, easy area to run in street band beach. East access for biking on the strand and to Coronado. Relatively quiet, there is a issue with some persons who come and party but found that it quieted around 10 or so, and yes there is a homeless population but usually not too much of an annoyance. Well stocked, comfortable, clean. A few great eateries close by."

"The property was amazing, exactly how it is shown in the pictures. It’s walking distance to the beach ( best part for us). The host was amazing, very responsive and kind. We didn’t have any issues at all during stay. Hope to Come back to San Diego again and will Choose to stay here"

"Location was great- close to the restaurants and activities of mission beach and pacific beach, and easy to access north county and downtown. Great stock of adult bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. Kids loved the close proximity to both the bay (calm, less people and wind) and to mission beach. Coffee spots and a little market were great to have right next door. The patio was great, quiet spot to relax at after a day out and about. Parking spot was tight, but we managed fine with...

"Just a great place to stay. Terrific private space above the rental shop. Clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Interactions with the host were easy and friendly. Sharon made accessing the kayaks easy. Just a short walk to an amazing beach to walk, kayak and snorkel. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved our time staying in Sunset House on Pacific Beach. We are a family of five and this home away from home worked great for us. The ocean views and sunsets are stunning. The condo had everything we needed and my kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Best of all, the beach is right there!"

"Beach bungalow was in a great location, steps away from restaurants and beach! They provided beach equipment which was great. Owner was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. Parking was perfect. We loved our mini vacation and would definitely stay here again!!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend...

"Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The cottage and surrounding area were absolutely amazing! Cottage was comfortable and clean, and communication between staff and myself was fast and clear. Only issue we had was I couldn’t figure out the heat. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The side door also had damage on the bottom and was open to outside elements but it didn’t cause any issues. Planes do fly low overhead but the noise didn’t bother me. Overall, I will definitely be booking again in the near future. Absolutely loved my stay!"
