“This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable.
But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point.
The room had no kettle, no water bottle no fridge and it was 27 degrees very hot for……
