Beautiful duplex in El Cotillo, one of the most beautiful villages of Fuerteventura. With the beach just a few minutes walk away and surrounded by a coastline full of bathing areas. Bright, with capacity for 4 people, two large double bedrooms and a cosy terrace where you can disconnect and have lunch in the open air while contemplating the sea. With two bathrooms, sofa-bed and Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, it has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Fuerteventura.

Located in one of the most beautiful enclaves of the island, it is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has 100mb Wifi Internet Fibre, designed for teleworking. Divided into two floors, it has capacity for 4 people, two cosy bedrooms and a complete bathroom on the ground floor, the main one with a double bed and Smart TV and the second one with two single beds that can be joined or separated according to need. On the upper floor of the house, where you enter, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom with shower, Smart TV, sofa-bed and direct access to the pleasant terrace of the house, where you can have lunch and relax while contemplating the sea. With all the comforts, this property is perfect to spend a holiday or a business trip in the north of Fuerteventura, a privileged place surrounded by beautiful beaches such as Playa del Castillo, Los Lagos, El Muellito or Marfolín. It also has supermarkets and restaurants around, where you can enjoy the delicious local gastronomy.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, bed linen and shower towels, iron, travel cot and high chair, 100mb Wifi fibre internet, 2 Smart TVs, cot and high chair and much more.

The property is situated on a first floor without lift and is divided into two floors.
There are currently construction sites near the property and some noise may be experienced during the day.

Modern house close to a beautiful beach

We had a fantastic stay in El Cotillo. The place is quiete and 10 minutes walking from one of the best Fuerteventura beaches which is great for swimming, surfing and kite surfing. The apartment was very modern clean and big for 4 of us. We are looking forward to come back.
