Très belle maison

La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel de La Palme, très joli petit village non loin de la mer… L’environnement est calme, la maison, intérieurs et extérieurs sont parfaitement adaptés, propres et fonctionnels. L’accueil des hôtes est parfait, ils sont extrêmement accueillants, chaleureux et bienveillants… Un site à recommander sans aucune hésitation.

Schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Der kleine Garten ist hübsch angelegt, das Highlight ist die Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse, welche gerne genutzt wurde. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden, Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in dem sehr schönen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. An- und Abreise total unkompliziert. Sehr schöner Strand mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, oder mit dem Auto in 5min.

Haus mit schönen Blick und Garten

alles vollkommen entspannt bei Check-in und Abreise, netter Vermieter mit hervorragender Kommunikation Haus liegt am Ortsrand mit Blick auf den Etang. Sauber, alles da, Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Gepflegter Garten, allerdings mit Kunstrasen, was aber auch bei anderen Häusern so war. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus!

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegter Garten mit immergrünem Rasen. Frische Feigen direkt vom Baum. Netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt der Vermieterin. Restaurants zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit Aussicht auf den Etong. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon im Schlafzimmer ist noch schöner. Vielen Dank, wir würden das Haus nochmals mieten.

Vacances familiales

Nous avons passé 10 jours à La Palme en famille et je recommande vivement cette maison ! Elle est située à 5 minutes à pied du village et à 5 minutes en voiture des plages. C’est une maison pratique, moderne, très bien agencée et joliment décorée. L’extérieur est très agréable.

Highly recommendable!

We have spent a wonderful holiday time in this well-equipped property during our stay end of August/beginning of September this year. Everything what is necessary in daily holiday life to prepare the meals is available in this calm neighbourhood located house away from the mass tourist location in this region but still with all necessary shops nearby and small shop and bakery in town in walking distance: Pros: - tasteful house interior furnishing with completely equipped kitchen and outside barbecue setting (pls. see the inventory list for details) - big terrace with a direct sea view, incl. a balcony with sea view from one of the bedrooms on the 1st floor - beautiful designed garden with artificial turf (what we found a bit strange in the first moment but is in fact a reasonable argument in times of continuously increasing water shortages!) incl. plants and olive trees giving enough shade alongside with a sunshade sail - the provided pictures are just the reality you we discovered on site - completely safe and lockable property for people and car incl. a driveway - very lovely but cooperative and helpful property owners giving us the necessary distance during our stay for the optimal holiday with privacy as it was our house - perfectly located to start sightseeing e. g. Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan etc. On a very high comfort level but still some Cons to be mentioned: - two bedrooms with only 140 cm wide beds can may be a bit tight - one bedroom with only two single beds where one slatted frame of one bed was crudely repaired with a tape but we did not need - the owners are not providing bed linen nor towels - bathroom furniture needs a slight repair but still able for usage - missing air condition can may be a cons in very hot days in main season but was not disturbing for us although we had over 30 degrees of Celsius all the time - the beach was not in walking distance but was also not a promised feature ergo having a car is a must have - the missing pool may can pop-up in mind during house staying days but what was not a promised feature, of course All-in-all 5 stars as the property has an excellent price-performance ratio in this region! Thank you very much for this unforgettable summer holiday!

Nous avons adoré la région de la Palme. Il y a énormément de choses à faire. La maison est très agréable et le quartier est très calme. Vue magnifique sur l'étang et la mer depuis le balcon. Les propriétaires sont très agréables.

Très agréable villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa où l'on se sent comme chez soi ! Située dans le village de la Palme, elle se trouve dans un quartier récent et très calme. La maison est très propre et la décoration y est moderne et soignée. L'espace extérieur est également très agréable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Il s'agit d'un point de départ vers de nombreuses destinations comme Port Leucate, Narbonne, Argelès, Collioure (à ne pas manquer) et bien sûr... l'Espagne ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastisch

Bei Anreise findet man ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus vor. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen in einer Sackgasse, es ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles ist hell, sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist prachtvoll angelegt und von Balkon, sowie Terrasse hat man Blick auf das Meer. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ein paar km entfernt, 2 gute Bäcker sind direkt vor Ort. Die Eigentümer sind ein ausgesprochen nettes Ehepaar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher erneut dort Urlaub machen.

Toller Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne, gepfplegte und großzügige Villa mit Terrasse und einem großen Garten. Das Haus hat eine tolle Küche mit allem Komfort. Die Villa befindet sich in einem ruhigem beschaulichem Ort mit mehreren kleineren Läden (Bäcker, Zeitschriften ....). Das Meer/Strand ist in ca. 5 km Entfernung und sogar vom Grundstück aus zu sehen. Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Insgesamt verbrachten wir dort zwei sehr schöne Wochen im August 2016.

Großes, sauberes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Super Garten, ruhige Lage in einem Neubaugebiet. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familie mit Kindern. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Windsurfen, Strandsegeln, Kite-surfen, Strandurlaub, etc.
