「Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. 「We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but...

「First thing I like to say is that this was one of my best vacations in Nicaragua. My family loved the house and the staff. The location of the house is what we were looking for which is secluded, private and quiet. Nelson who is the property maintenance man was great and very friendly. He connected us with horseback riding on the beach which my family loved. If you are into hiking and off road driving this is the location for you. I would definitely stay at this location again.」

Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces.
