“Cutest little condo! Well appointed and calming decor! Probably one of the best rentals I’ve dealt with, well stocked, soft towels, bedding, blankets. I actually love that they put blankets on the sofa and chair as I hate sitting on worn and dirty furniture. Coffee, cookies and ice are such a nice touch! Having had a 2nd home in Havasu for 20 years, it was so nice not to worry about cleaning and maintaining when visiting our boat! This will be our go to for smaller trips to town for sure!”

“Got a message from the host that there wouldn’t be any paper towels in the unit. Had to make a run to the store to buy some. He did offer a 10 credit. The unit was fine. Not much of a view. Electric BBQ sucks. We had to cook our BBQ on the stove in a pan. Cable didn’t work on bed room TV. There was a distinct sweet smell also. Kind of gross. Host was communicative, just no solutions. Probably book elsewhere next time. ”

“Host was amazing! Quick to reply and act on issues we had. Replaced TV same day. Enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen except a potato peeler. Loved having a washer/dryer. Upstairs neighbors were noisy one Friday night until 4am. I guess everyone needs to enjoy their time here. Very clean! 4 stars because we needed the TV replaced and the noisy neighbors. Otherwise we enjoyed our time here!”
