No se respetó mi reserva a pesar de estar pagada y confirmada, me mandaron a otro hotel, lejos de donde yo debía estar, ni siquiera me ayudaron con mis maletas y menos me proporcionaron ayuda para llegar a dicho hotel y la cereza del pastel, al salir me querían cobrar nuevamente .

Cama horrível, aquecedor n funciona, tv pessima com os canais falhando, fizeram uma festa no hotel até as 3:00 da manhã nessa noite ninguém conseguiu Durmir, café da manhã ok, internet ok, localizacao boa!

Realmente disfrute mi estadía en el Hotel, el personal fue muy amable y atento desde que llegué. Las instalaciones son hermosas y mi habitación muy acogedora. Volvería a hospedarme nuevamente, fue la mejor estadía que tuve en Bolivia :)

The staff were very helpfulland very accommodating, let us check in 6 hours early. Room was nice and clean. Hotwater was great for La Paz. The place us just dated and thats my only criticism.
