"A nice authentic family run hotel. Very clean and tidy. The Staff and family were very helpful and accommodating. Only niggles was a 2 hour delay with checking in, a complementary drink would have been a nice offer as travelled a long time. Also no price lists anywhere, as far we could see, so unsure of what things cost eg drinks, additional meals, beach chairs/brolly, the language was a bit of a barrier, need to learn Italian. We would definitely go again and recommend it."

"Everything in the room was absolutely perfect! The owner is such a lovely, welcoming person. Five stars for cleanliness and amenities the décor is stunning and beautifully designed. The modern showers were fantastic, and the best part was waking up to the sounds of nature, enjoying a delicious full free breakfast in the morning, and truly being able to relax and unwind. Definitely coming back next year!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property which offered panoramic views of the gorgeous Italian countryside. We were greeted by Chiara and her lovely daughter who showed us around the villa. They were very warm and friendly and had left us a generous welcome basket.The villa was very well equipped and the grounds were well kept. The sunrise from the villa was breathtaking and we were up early every morning to take it in!There were so many different areas to relax in around the villa, it was hard to make a choice. We spent a lot of time around the pristine pool which was great to cool down in during the afternoon heat.The property was located close to the centre of Corinaldo, and the beach at Senigallia was only 25minutes drive away. We have visited and rented many Villas in Italy over the last 10 years, this was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!"
