"I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient. "

"Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

"I have been staying at this hotel many years and this remains excellent! The rooms are so nice , beautiful restaurant / large covered patio , and relaxing large pool area ! "

"The stay was great. The only issue we had was Expedia states there is electric charging on site which at embassy suites there is NO charging. It was an inconvenience to us. Overall we are content with our stay. Very close to Toyota arena "

"Always a nice place to stay. They are renovating and while it's nice, they are forgetting some things - like toilets need a lid, not just a seat, and showers need a place to put your toiletries (a shelf or cubby). Otherwise, it was nice as always."

"This property was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Other than the bed being extremely low(my husband is 6’4), we have absolutely no complaints! "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Complimentary water on the floors you could help yourself to, large lobby area, very clean, room was clean although somewhat small and no refrigerator- minor issue, check-in and out was very smooth, we had our pet with us, and we could walk to where we needed to go. Parking right across the street and valet available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Great price, but advertised free breakfast and there was none. Also had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, spoons, knives and forks, because there wasn't enough."

"loud all night, water in bath won't shut off, gnats everywhere. I don't mean a few gnats, ALOT of gnats. coffee pot didn't work, room stunk of mildew. Just out right nasty. DO NOT Stay here"
