Very welcoming environment as soon as we walked in!

Well appointed home with a very welcoming vibe as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen had all new appliances and was perfect for our stay. The home is in a residential area but is tucked in behind a security gate that backs up to a golf course. The managers were very punctual in responding to any questions or concerns we had.

Great property! Met our needs. Location was close to everything we needed to get to. Linens and towels were well appointed and clean. Living area was comfortable for lounging. Beds were large and comfortable. All appointments were nice. Kitchen had modern touches and appliances. Only downside was the house felt a little 'tired'. A couple of examples: Old sliding doors and screens that were loud and clunky. Rattan outdoor dining set is falling apart from harsh sun exposure. Otherwise, house was great. Would rent again if need to be in that area. Thanks.

Perfect Accommodations!

Ive been going to the desert for many years and I have got to say that I was very impressed by the property and service of the Edgy House. The location was great! My family and I enjoyed the hot tub, and the casita was a great bonus as it was my parents and my boyfriend and I staying there. I would highly recommend staying here. Avantstay was awesome with responding and with getting me more hangers for my clothes. Thank you sooooooo much!!!! I hope to be back soon!! Peace & kindness, always. Emelie
