Our rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens are stocked with essential appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dual ovens, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Pool Heating

Winter pool temperatures can range from 60-70 degrees. If you would like the pool heated, a fee of $100 per day applies. While we strive to maintain the desired temperature, no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please note that pools cannot be cooled in summer. The pool and spa are cleaned before your arrival, but desert winds may cause debris to occasionally fall in.

Kitchen Supplies

Properties come equipped with dining and cooking essentials for the maximum occupancy, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories like can openers and measuring spoons. We also provide a spice rack, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, and saran wrap.

House Supplies

Your home will include an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. Coffee filters, ground coffee, sugar packets, Equal, and Stevia packets are also provided.
