This home is one of the closest available homes for Tennis pros, executives and family to stay and walk to the March BNP Tennis event. Indian Wells tennis center is located down the street which is a shuttle stop area for Coachella festival.

There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores located within a few miles of this home.

Each Bedroom has a TV and WiFi is available throughout the home. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bath downstairs. The master has a large closet, soaking tub with separate shower, and vanity area. There is a deck off the master with a great view of the golf course.

The three other bedrooms upstairs share a full bath. The large kitchen has all amenities (dish washer, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator) plus outdoor barbecue. There is a separate area for coffee and tea. There is a washer and dryer available for guest usage.
Pool/Spa:
Spa: Spa heating is "complimentary" - no charge for spa heating. Host requests the Spa be turned off when guests are finished using the spa at the end of the day/evening.
Pool Heating Fee:
Please note: From October 5th - April 15th the guest can elect to pay a pool heating fee to heat the pool.
October 5-October 31st $65.00 daily pool heating fee if guest elects to heat the pool.
November 1st - March 31st $150.00 daily pool heating fee.
April 1st - April 15th $55.00 pool heating fee.
NOTE: If weather conditions are favorable host may reduce the daily rate a little prior to guest arrival. The weather conditions will dictate if host can reduce the rate lower due to warmer than expected weather conditions. The host needs 48 hours advanced notice if guest elect to heat the pool in order to make sure the pool can be heated in time for the guests arrival, no need to book pool heating weeks or months in advance.
