Beautiful location

This property is aesthetically beautiful, the landscaping and the views are incredible ! The unit itself had a great location and the owners were extremely communicative and responsive. Upon our arrival, the unit was not fully cleaned, the kitchen and the bedroom were not cleaned well. We called the owner and he sent the cleaners back to clean again and it was much better. Overall, great place to go with kids and family.

Adequate & Clean.

Very clean unit. Legacy Villas is an excellent development with several pools, beautiful grounds and a well equipped gym. We’ve stayed in different units over many years in the past so have a basis for comparison. In this case it was the little things that added up during our stay resulting in this overall rating. Such as the fact we couldn’t get in when we arrived due to batteries being low on power - the Owner responded promptly to this issue; the garage never opened due to malfunctioning lock; the dishwasher was broken and full repair never occurred during our stay such that we never used it; blind cords in the master bedroom were both broken so we couldn’t raise the blinds; there was only one tea towel and no spatula or garlic press. But very clean and we again enjoyed Legacy.

Host unfriendly. No follow up

Love the resort property. Condo was adequate but not to the standards of other condos in the resort property. The host: I am assuming that she did not inspect the property before we moved in since outdoor entrance walkway and patio and furniture were filthy! No instruction to any of the electrical equipment, short a tv remote, light switches did not work because wire were crossed according to an electrician. garage door combination wiring was not properly wired. All other garages had clickers. The worse thing was the host did not follow up in any way on if our complains were resolved. Note that VBRO was no help

Not as advertised

We have stayed at legacy villas in past and enjoy the amenities of pools and trails. Unfortunately this stay was not as advertised. The shower in 1 bathroom not functioning, the dishwasher was held together with a piece of tape so that was not functioning and the tv in main room had a broken remote. We had promises of getting that fixed but plumber unavailable during our 11 night stay. I had to hand wash all dishes which was not fun. 4 people shared one shower. I was given back 650$ which was 10% of my stay. I asked for 30% which was declined. I was shocked that somebody was checking in the next day with all that was broken. I did ask to stay one more day with one bathroom as we were only two people, and couldn't believe that this owner was going to have people checking in without doing repairs
