Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a ladies long weekend. The house was roomy and everyone had a bed/bath for themselves. The estate was beautiful and secure. For our purposes, everything was easily accessible via car. You can also walk into LaQuinta for lunch or dinner.

Great villa!

We loved staying at this villa over spring break! We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We hope to come back!

The property was great. However, this is upstairs and not steps from the main pool as I would’ve thought also, they should mark the last step coming down the stairs, tripped into parking lot looks like it was marked but now there’s only like a little bit of blue tape to indicate another level down the place was super clean. However, we did find a dead cockroach in the living room. This place was clean, quiet and staff, and other people were super friendly… Would recommend it

I needed some quiet time to write and Legacy Villas is just perfect this time of the year. I really enjoy the fitness center and the wonderful mountain views all around. The team at Royale is top notch and makes the entire process so easy from the booking until, I have to go home. Can't wait to come back!

A great stay

The property managers were very helpful and very responsive. I was a little hesitant in booking as it was a new listing but very happy we did. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I would book again in a heartbeat.
