Magnifique petite maison bretonne!

Réservation, contact, location et fonctionnalité: tout parfait! Il s’agit d’une ancienne maison séparée en deux parties, rénovée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, adaptée à une famille avec des enfants, très bien située, avec tout le confort nécessaire… Merci beaucoup!

Maison très bien située mais difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite

Très bel emplacement et aménagement intérieur très correct Le seul bémol reste dans les sommiers qui grincent énormément et le remplacement des persiennes qui est en cours Par contre tout est parfait pour les enfants la mezzanine a comblé nos petits enfants qui passer de très bons moments Le salon est un peu étriqué car à 6 personnes l espace est restreint mais cela ne concerne que la période hivernale car on peut ouvrir les portes recettes et profiter d un petit jardin ce qui augmente l espace

Comme à la maison !

C'est toujours un plaisir de loger dans une maison qui est par ailleurs celle dans laquelle les propriétaires passent eux-mêmes leurs vacances. On sent qu'il y a de la vie, elle est décorée avec goût et est parfaitement équipée. Très bien placée, à proximité d'une boulangerie et d'un petit supermarché, dans un joli petit village proche de St Malo. On a passé un excellent (trop court) séjour, on reviendra !

Malgré le fait que le gîte soit situé en plein centre bourg, le séjour s'est déroulé au calme et la proximité des commerces (boulangerie, superette) est appréciable.

Urlaub am Meer

Wir hatten vierzehn wunderbare Tage in La Richardaise, besonders toll ist die zentrale Lage. Das Örtchen hatte alles wir wollten und brauchten. Das blaue Meer und der schöne Sandstrand sind so nahe, zu Fuss keine 10 Minuten, einfach traumhaft. Wir durften das Boot benutzen, das war für die Kids und uns ein Highlight und ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Haus ist schön und traditionell, gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was wir so brauchten. Vielleicht ist nicht alles neu, aber das machte es gerade gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert, dafür ist das kleine Haus gross genug gewesen. Alle fühlten sich wohl und würden immer wieder kommen wollen. Einfach wunderbar!

1 semaine en Bretagne en famille

Excellente disposition du logement pour rayonner tout autour et decouvrir Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale et les falaises bretonnes. Le fait d'avoir 4 chambres permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité.

Bien dans l'ensemble sauf pour les matelas qui sont vraiment bon a changer

Schönes Haus mit bretonischem Flair, aber leider sehr dreckig

Schönes, altes, bretonisches Haus im Ortskern von La Richardais. Exzellente Boulangerie, Bar mit köstlichem Café und kleiner Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Haus umfasst 3 Etagen mit ebenso vielen Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Fenster sind alt und bieten leider nahezu keinen Lärmschutz. Die Einrichtung hat Charme, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist wenig einladend. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, aber wenig durchdacht. So gibt es z.B. für die meisten Töpfe keinen passenden Deckel. Das Haus wirkt auch an anderen Stellen wie ein Ablageort, z.B. stapeln sich überall alte Zeitschriften. Der für uns gravierendste Nachteil war die Sauberkeit. Es war schlichtweg dreckig und wir mussten das Haus erst einmal gründlich putzen. Der Boden im Erdgeschoss schien diese Saison noch nicht gewischt worden zu sein, was sich eindrucksvoll an unseren vormals weißen Socken ablesen ließ. Auch ist das Wäschepaket für den Preis von 15 €/Personen sehr dürftig und wirkte ebenfalls wie ablegt von den Vermietern (zusammengestückelt und mit Löchern).

Entre Dinard et St Malo

La Richardais est idealement situe, tout proche de Dinard et de St Malo. Le logement est en plein centre, il donne sur la place de l'eglise, de la mairie, boulangerie, bar tabac... Malheureusement cela occasionne beaucoup de nuisances sonores notamment en l'absence de double vitrage a l'etage parental. La literie y est a revoir egalement. L'equipement est assez complet. Il y a de quoi occuper les enfants. Le jardin est agreable. La communication avec le proprietaire etait tres bonne, tres reactive et appropriee.

Documents de présentation très éloignés de la réalité ! Accès au jardin impossible - porte d'accès impossible à ouvrir pour garer la voiture - jardin très négligé - Etat général de l'ensemble très éloigné de la qualification "premium" - tout est vieillot - salles de bains obsolètes - Fenêtres vrillées et difficiles à fermer - Ménage très moyen Manque un "vrai canapé" de salon Robinet de cuisine cassé - Bouton de fenêtre de salon cassé etc .... je m'arrête là mais ...... la liste est longue

basic maar goed gelegen om stadjes te bezoeken

Gelegen in een niet veel zeggend dorpje . Wel goed gelegen om rond liggende dorpjes te bezoeken. Woning is krap voor 6 personen. Toen we aankwamen was het niet erg proper, na een kleine kuisbeurt viel het goed mee. Slaapkamers zijn klein alsook de badkamers. Drie Wc 's was een plus punt. Nuts voorzieningen zijn wel allemaal aanwezig maar sommige niet in de allerbeste staat. Bv lavabo bovenste verdiep was liep niet door. De keuken is klein maar alles werkt daar prima. Plus punt is veel benodigdheden zoals wc papier , afwasmiddel zijn aanwezig. Parking is ook heel gemakkelijk juist voor de deur.

Maison très sympa avec une cour pour pouvoir prendre les repas au soleil . Il y a vraiment tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner. Petit conseil , évitez de mettre des oreillers (plumes) où autres car pour les allergies pas top . Sinon merci pour le séjour.

Great location- good but not great accommodation

This four bedroom stone built house is a good base for exploring northern Brittany. It’s close to Dinard, St Malo and Mont St Michel, all brilliant places to visit. The house is in a nice little village, with a patisserie across the square selling wonderful bread and cakes. There is also a small bar and a couple of restaurants nearby. The local church is 50 metres away. It’s imposing but not particularly beautiful. The nearby River Rance is very nice and a ten minutes stroll away. The house itself is ok but not exceptional. Cleaning could have been better. One bath has a shower attachment that was not fixed to a pole or wall. Showering is therefore a bit of a struggle. The other bath is squeezed in under a sloping ceiling. It’s a tight fit and can’t be used to shower in. The single beds are all rather small. My daughter, who is five foot tall, found her bed a bit cramped. So I’d say the house can fit two couples plus children, but not more than four adults comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped but lacks a kettle. The stairs lack a hand rail up to the first floor, so not too good for the mobility impaired. The dark paint covering the light switches do a good job at hiding them. The advertised car charger is absent. There is a charger behind the church but this requires a subscription and an access card. Charging an electric car therefore requires a journey to one of the many chargers in the nearby towns. The owner is brilliant. He replied to all our messages before our stay and made sure we gained easy access on arrival. Overall, despite the few little issues I’ve mentioned, we had a great stay in Richardais and liked the house. If you are fussy, look elsewhere. If you want good value accommodation, a helpful owner and a brilliant location, this could be for you.
