「The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. 」

「Room was very clean and tidy, absolutely spacious! Only complain was house keeping accidentally opened our room door on the first day but likely because we got check-in early n there was a misunderstanding.」

「Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. 」

「We Iove our balcony and the service the staff gave us. Christina was the best! She accommodated us hours before our actual check in time because we came in much earlier than planned. The staff has been so helpful— Mathias, Jesus— they made our stay so enjoyable. I must say the best hot chocolate for only 1.50 Euros is also from this hotel. Breakfast is spectacular!
