“Really incredible, unique lodging experience. The highlights were the view, the pools including cold plunge, and the staff. I've never had such friendly helpful service at a "hotel". It felt almost more like summer camp, in a good way.
My only note is that to enjoy the view, many of the tents get blazing evening sun on the deck. I found it better to enjoy the warming evenings at the lobby restaurant. Which is also lovely! ”

“First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day!……
