Perfect for holidays with family or friends! Immediate access to the beach of Sablettes The accommodation Completely renovated and air-conditioned in 2022, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is composed of a beautiful bedroom with two single beds and a double bed on the mezzanine; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; 2 shower rooms; an independent toilet and a charming living room with a television, a sofa bed and a pleasant dining area. You will also have a nice terrace with a sea view which will be very appreciated during the sunny days. You will have at your disposal a parking space in the PARKING lot of the Residence La Fontaine Sablettes Plage. This car park is secure, clean and lit. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. Linen included (sheets and towels) You will have immediate access to the beach of Les Sablettes, and close to smaller, quieter coves such as Fabregas, La Verne and Plage du Boeuf. The accommodation is located close to various bars and restaurants, the Fernand de Braudel landscape park, close to the Friday market and the night market in summer; and for your daily shopping, you will find the "Leclerc" at 8 minutes walk, or the small Casino at 10mns. Entire apartment is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. This accommodation will be perfect for a dream holiday, with family or friends. You will stay ideally facing the SEA with local shops and night market in summer. Professional cleaning and welcome I look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover the region Walkable location, most errands can be accomplished on foot. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber or Bolt. Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals. Please remember that you're staying in an airbnb, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Les vacances de rêve

Appartement est génial, son emplacement est parfait! A l'enterieur on y trouve ce qu'il faut. la literie est confortable. Tout y est pour passer des vacances de rêve. Le hôte est absolument super, disponible et rassurant. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.
