地點位於火車站不會太遠，老闆很友善，因為我們的時間無法配合check in時間，因此提供給我們另一種方式，讓我們欲先寄放行李，讓結束五漁村的旅行後直接入住。提供的早餐是與外面的咖啡店配合，兩種不一樣的組合提供我們選擇，整體的感覺相當不錯。

服務良好，員工友善，有熱誠
離火車站不遠，10分鐘左右，適合作為去五鄉地的基地。需先到地鋪(中午12點至下午六點半)登記入住，然後附近Apartment內的房間入住。單位和房間裝修精緻，設備齊全，而且每天有執房換毛巾等服務，並會補充房內飲品等。 要特別讚一下員工友善，有熱誠，提供協助、資料和意見，幫了很多忙。有需要也可以通過whatsapp/wechat聯絡他們。謝謝！

Very close to station, adequate breakfast, just the beds are small and duvet was thin and not so comfy, but with this price already very good value

离火车站比较近，周边吃饭的地方比较多。房间还不错。在火车站旁的停车场里面提供收费的专用停车位。 由于是Guesthouse，没有招牌，也没有前台，第一次去容易找不到

Fun location right near weekly big market, 10 min walk to train station for visiting Cinque Terre. Would stay again, helpful staff, self check in great, room had everything we needed for a nice stay including balcony and coffee.

Lovely, tiny apartment with little kitchenette and basics provided. Close to train station and walking distance to most old city sites and the waterfront. Staff were excellent and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Die Unterkunft ist in einer Altbauwohnung. Hier wurde eine Wohnung in fünf vermietbare Zimmer umgebaut. Dusche und Sanitäranlagen wurden integriert. Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer ok, die Abwertung erfolgt wegen der Schimmelbildung im Bad. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gegenüber Hotels unangemessen teuer. Schließlich müssen Parkgebühren, Frühstück extra bezahlt werden. Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur alle 3 Tage.

Let us add that we do care a lot about the maintainance and the cleaning of the rooms and premises: here's why we re sorry you told us too late, we would have immediately fixed the problem, during your stay here. Parking, as shown online, is not included in the rate of the room, but it is usually appreciated by the people deciding to book it. We do not provide breakfast, here's why there are not rates including breakfast: nevertheless, in all our accomodations a coffee machine is at your disposal, as well as a kettle.

Really great place to stay. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Close to everything. Be sure to let the m know when you get there if you need a second bed. Even if a triple is reserved only two people will not give 2 beds automatically.

It's a great option when staying in La Spezia. It's well connected to different types of transportation. I had an issue with the assigned room but the staff was kind to give me a different room which was much better. I'm grateful.

Great Stay
A definite delight in La Spezia. We arrived by coach and made the local bus connection to the hotel quite easily. The train station to travel to Cinque Terre and to leave for an ongoing trip is a manageable 10-15 minute walk. The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. The checkin was quite easy although a bit confusing as the room we were in was down the street a bit and required a series of keys and entrances but after the first try, it became a very easy process. Yuliya was great about making sure we were settled and attentive about our comfort. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Mer lägenhet än hotell vilket vi inte var beredda på men väldigt smidigt och bra trots allt. Litet rum med ganska dålig nätverksuppkoppling - 5G försvann i princip på rummet men fungerade på balkongen. Balkongen hade en stor fläkt så inte särskild trevlig att hänga på… men överlag, helt klart godkänt ”hotell” för att sova.

The staff were most helpful and available for any questions via text. The location was very clean, roomy, updated and perfect for our needs. The walk an indoor parking garage was about 15 min but the walk was through a special path to our location which made it very pleasant. Felt extremely secure in our location which also had A/C. For unloading if you have a car, you just need to double park and then move the car to a parking facility. The train station was only a 10 min walk to visit “Cinque Terre”.

This hotel is in a great location and the perfect base for visiting Cinque Terre without actually staying in one of them. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The room is spacious and perfect for a couple of nights.

Our rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were welcoming, and very helpful and the location worked out great, close to center and train station. The rooms were a bit small for three adults, with not much space for sitting.
